(a) Subsection (a) of section 708 (25 U.S.C. 1678(a)) is amended— (1) by striking out “1984” and inserting in lieu thereof “1991”, and (2) by striking out “Indians in such State” and inserting in lieu thereof “members of federally recognized Indian tribes of Arizona”. (b) Section 708 (25 U.S.C. 1678(c)) is amended by striking out subsection (c).
