SEC. 10114. MAINTENANCE OF PROJECTS. Section 8 (16 U.S.C. 777g) is amended—(1) by striking “in carrying out the research program of the Fish and Wildlife Service in respect to fish of material value for sport or recreation.” in subsection (b)(2) and inserting “to supplement the 57 percent of the balance of each annual appropriation to be apportioned among the States under section 4(c).”; and(2) by striking “subsection (c) or (d)” in subsection (d)(3) and inserting “subsection (a)(5) or subsection (b)”.
