SEC. 10306. STUDY OF SAFETY BELT USE TECHNOLOGIES. The Secretary shall conduct a review of safety belt use technologies to consider possible revisions in strategies for achieving further gains in safety belt use. The Secretary shall complete the study by July 1, 2008.
