SEC. 10310. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this subtitle, chapter 301 of title 49, and part C of subtitle VI of title 49, United States Code—(1) $136,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;(2) $142,800,000 for fiscal year 2007;(3) $149,900,000 for fiscal year 2008; and(4) $157,400,000 for fiscal year 2009.
