DESIGNATION OF BUILDING.

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF BUILDING. The Federal Building and United States Courthouse located at 316 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, shall be known and designated as the “Warren E. Burger Federal Building and United States Courthouse”.
