SEC. 409. PREFERENCES. Section 547(c) of title 11, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:“(2) to the extent that such transfer was in payment of a debt incurred by the debtor in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the debtor and the transferee, and such transfer was—“(A) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the debtor and the transferee; or“(B) made according to ordinary business terms;”; (2) in paragraph (8), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(9) if, in a case filed by a debtor whose debts are not primarily consumer debts, the aggregate value of all property that constitutes or is affected by such transfer is less than $5,000.”.
