SEC. 1211. PROTECTION AGAINST DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT. Section 525(c) of title 11, United States Code, is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by inserting “student” before “grant” the second place it appears; and(2) in paragraph (2), by striking “the program operated under part B, D, or E of” and inserting “any program operated under”.
