DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.
SEC. 315. DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS. Any amount made available by appropriation Acts under this title shall be disbursed by the National Board before the expiration of the 3-month period beginning on the date on which such amount becomes available.
