SEC. 417. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. In addition to other amounts authorized by law, there are authorized to be appropriated for the emergency shelter grants program $100,000,000 for fiscal year 1987 and $120,000,000 for fiscal year 1988.
