Sec. 770. The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized and directed to quitclaim to the City of Elkhart, Kansas, all rights, title and interests of the United States in that tract of land comprising 151.7 acres, more or less, located in Morton County, Kansas, and more specifically described in a deed dated March 11, 1958, from the United States of America to the City of Elkhart, State 119 STAT. 2160 of Kansas, and filed of record April 4, 1958 at Book 34 at Page 520 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Morton County, Kansas.
