Sec. 777. (a) Section 18(f)(1)(B) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769(f)(1)(B)) is amended—(1) by striking “April 2004” and inserting “June 2005”; and(2) in clause (ii), by striking “66.67” and inserting “75”.(b) The amendments made by subsection (a) take effect on January 1, 2006.
