SEC. 2304. GUARD AND RESERVE MINOR CONSTRUCTION (a) In General.—Section 2233a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “$100,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$200,000”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to projects authorized under section 2233(a) of title 10, United States Code, for which contracts are entered into on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
