SEC. 602. PROVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS BY NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE CORPS. Section 332(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254e(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(3) Homeless individuals (as defined in section 340(q)(2)) may be a population group under paragraph (1).”.
