SEC. 208. INTEGRATED CONSIDERATION OF WATER QUALITY IN DETERMINATIONS ON FUELS AND FUEL ADDITIVES. Section 211(c)(1) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(c)(1)) is amended as follows:(1) By striking “nonroad vehicle (A) if in the judgment of the Administrator” and inserting “nonroad vehicle if, in the judgment of the Administrator, any fuel or fuel additive or”; and(2) In subparagraph (A), by striking “air pollution which” and inserting “air pollution or water pollution (including any degradation in the quality of groundwater) that”.
