GUIDELINES FOR ASSET DISPOSITION.

SEC. 411. GUIDELINES FOR ASSET DISPOSITION. Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board shall submit to the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate a report containing appropriate new guidelines which— (1) prevent the dumping of assets over which it has direct or indirect control; and (2) the Board shall promulgate at the end of such period.
