SEC. 921. DEFINITIONS. In this subtitle:(1) Board.—The term “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Foundation established pursuant to section 922(c).121 STAT. 1733(2) Chief executive officer.—The term “Chief Executive Officer” means the chief executive officer of the Foundation appointed pursuant to section 922(b).(3) Foundation.—The term “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established by section 922(a).
