SEC. 511. AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS; REPORTS.(a) In General.—Section 801(a)(2)(D) of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (42 U.S.C. 8287(a)(2)(D)) is amended—(1) in clause (ii), by inserting “and” after the semicolon at the end;(2) by striking clause (iii); and(3) by redesignating clause (iv) as clause (iii).(b) Reports.—Section 548(a)(2) of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (42 U.S.C. 8258(a)(2)) is amended by inserting “and any termination penalty exposure” after “the energy and cost savings that have resulted from such contracts”.(c) Conforming Amendment.—Section 2913 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (e).
