LEASING AUTHORITY OF NATIONAL BANKS.

SEC. 108. LEASING AUTHORITY OF NATIONAL BANKS. Section 5136 of the Revised Statutes (12 U.S.C. 24) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “Tenth. To invest in tangible personal property, including, without limitation, vehicles, manufactured homes, machinery, equipment, or furniture, for lease financing transactions on a net lease basis, but such investment may not exceed 10 percent of the assets of the association.”.
