Sec. 715. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Natural Resources Conservation Service shall provide financial and technical assistance—(1) from funds available for the Watershed and Flood Prevention Operations program for the Pocasset River Floodplain Management Project in the State of Rhode Island;(2) through the Watershed and Flood Prevention Operations program to carry out the East Locust Creek Watershed Plan Revision in Missouri, including up to 100 percent of the engineering assistance and 75 percent cost share for construction cost of site RW1;(3) through the Watershed Flood Prevention Operations program to carry out the Little Otter Creek Watershed project. The sponsoring local organization may obtain land rights by perpetual easements; and(4) through the Watershed and Flood Prevention Operations program to the McDowell Grove Dam Flood Plain/Wetlands Restoration Project in DuPage County, Illinois.
