SEC. 710. EFFECT OF REMOVAL OR SUSPENSION. Section 206(g) of the Federal Credit Union Act (12 U.S.C. 1786(g)) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “(7) (A) Any person who, pursuant to this subsection, is removed, suspended, or prohibited from participation in the conduct of the affairs of an insured credit union shall also be removed, suspended, or prohibited from participation in the conduct of the affairs of any insured institution, any bank holding company or subsidiary of a bank holding company, any organization organized and operated under section 25(a) of the Federal Reserve Act or operating under section 25 of the Federal Reserve Act, and any savings and loan holding company or subsidiary of a savings and loan holding com-101 STAT. 654pany (as those terms are defined in the National Housing Act), and any institution chartered by and subject to regulation by the Farm Credit Administration without the prior written approval of the appropriate Federal regulatory agency. “(B) As used in subsection (g), the term ‘insured institution’ means an insured credit union or a depository institution whose accounts are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation.”.
