SEC. 205. ADOPTION OF NEW CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS. Upon written request of the tribal council, the Secretary shall hold an election for the members of the tribe for the purpose of adopting a new constitution and bylaws in accordance with section 16 of the Act of June 18, 1934 (25 U.S.C. 476).
