Shared Border Management.
Sec. 566. Shared Border Management. (a) Study.—The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on the Department of Homeland Security’s use of shared border management to secure the international borders of the United States.(b) Report.—The Comptroller General shall submit a report to Congress that describes—(1) any negotiations, plans, or designs conducted by officials of the Department of Homeland Security regarding the practice of shared border management; and(2) the factors required to be in place for shared border management to be successful.
