Sec. 416. Section 331 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2000, regarding the pilot program to enhance Forest Service administration of rights-of-way (as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(3) of Public Law 106–113; 113 Stat. 1501A–196; 16 U.S.C. 497 note), as amended, is amended—121 STAT. 2149(1) in subsection (a) by striking “2006” and inserting “2012”; and(2) in subsection (b) by striking “2006” and inserting “2012”.
