Sec. 124. Section 105(f)(1)(B) of the Compact of Free Association Amendments Act of 2003 (48 U.S.C. 1921d(f)(1)(B)) is amended in clause (ix) by—(1) striking “Republic” both places it appears and inserting “government, institutions, and people”;(2) striking “2007” and inserting “2009”; and(3) striking “was” and inserting “were”.
