Sec. 127. Corinth Unit of Shiloh National Military Park Boundary Expansion. The Corinth Battlefield Preservation Act of 2000 (16 U.S.C. 430f–6 et seq.) is amended—(1) in section 3(1) (16 U.S.C. 430f–7(1)), by striking “304/80,007, and dated October 1998” and inserting “304A/80009, and dated April 2007”;(2) in section 4(b) (16 U.S.C. 430f–8(b)), by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following:“(1) approximately 950 acres, as generally depicted on the Map; and”;(3) in section 5(a) (16 U.S.C. 430f–9(a)), by striking “as depicted on the Map” and inserting “described in section 4(b)”;(4) by striking section 7 (16 U.S.C. 430f–11); and(5) by redesignating section 8 (16 U.S.C. 430f–12) as section 7.
