Sec. 130. Section 16 of the Colorado Ute Indian Water Rights Settlement Act of 1988 (Public Law 100–585; 102 Stat. 2913; 114 Stat. 2763A–263)) is amended—(1) in subsection (c)(3)(B)(iii), by striking “by requiring” and all that follows through “enhancement” and inserting the following: “, the plan shall provide that not less than ⅓ of 121 STAT. 2123 the funds referred to in clause (i) shall be expended for municipal or rural water development and that annual expenditures under that provision shall be reported to the Secretary each year”; and(2) in the third sentence of subsection (f), by striking “December 31, 2012” and inserting “the date that is 5 years after the date of the final settlement of the tribal claims under section 18”.
