Student Financial Assistance (including rescission) For carrying out subparts 1, 3, and 4 of part A, part C and part E of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, $16,114,317,000, which shall remain available through September 30, 2009. The maximum Pell Grant for which a student shall be eligible during award year 2008–2009 shall be $4,241. Of the unobligated funds available under section 401A(e)(1)(C) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, $525,000,000 are rescinded.
