Transfer Authority.

Sec. 1404. Transfer Authority. (a) In General.—Amounts appropriated for fiscal year 2008 for the Library of Congress may be transferred during fiscal year 2008 between any of the headings under the heading “LIBRARY OF CONGRESS” upon the approval of the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives.(b) Limitation.—Not more than 10 percent of the total amount of funds appropriated to the account under any heading under the heading “LIBRARY OF CONGRESS” for fiscal year 2008 may be transferred from that account by all transfers made under subsection (a).
