Sec. 6. Orientation Seminars. (a) In General.—Section 107(a) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1979 (2 U.S.C. 69a; Public Law 96–38) is amended in the first sentence by striking “$25,000” and inserting “$30,000”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2008 and each fiscal year thereafter.
