(including rescission of funds)Sec. 230. Of the amounts made available for “Veterans Health Administration, Medical Services” in Public Law 110–28, $66,000,000 are rescinded. For an additional amount for “Departmental Administration, Construction, Major Projects”, $66,000,000, to be available until expended: Provided, That the amount provided by this section is designated as described in section 5 (in the matter preceding division A of this consolidated Act).
