Family Housing Construction, Army (including rescission of funds) For expenses of family housing for the Army for construction, including acquisition, replacement, addition, expansion, extension, 121 STAT. 2256 and alteration, as authorized by law, $424,400,000, to remain available until September 30, 2012: Provided, That of the funds appropriated for “Family Housing Construction, Army” under Public Law 110–5, $4,559,000 are hereby rescinded.
