Not later than August 1, 2008, the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development and the Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations a report on the level of corruption in each country that receives development assistance appropriated in this Act.
