SEC. 507. REAUTHORIZATION OF FUGITIVE APPREHENSION TASK FORCES. Section 6(b) of the Presidential Threat Protection Act of 2000 (28 U.S.C. 566 note; Public Law 106–544) is amended—(1) by striking “and” after “fiscal year 2002,”; and(2) by inserting “, and $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2012” before the period.
