SEC. 1205. REAUTHORIZATION OF COMMANDERS’ EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM.(a) Authority.—Subsection (a) of section 1202 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3455–3456) is amended—(1) in the heading, by striking “Fiscal Years 2006 and 2007” and inserting “Fiscal Years 2008 and 2009”; and(2) in the matter preceding paragraph (1)—(A) by striking “fiscal years 2006 and 2007” and inserting “fiscal years 2008 and 2009”; and(B) by striking “$500,000,000” and inserting “$977,441,000”.(b) Quarterly Reports.—Subsection (b) of such section is amended by striking “fiscal years 2006 and 2007” and inserting “fiscal years 2008 and 2009”.
