SEC. 1251. COOPERATIVE OPPORTUNITIES DOCUMENTS UNDER COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS WITH NATO ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHER ALLIED AND FRIENDLY FOREIGN COUNTRIES. Section 2350a(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) in paragraph (1)—(A) by striking “(A)”;(B) by striking “an arms cooperation opportunities document” and inserting “a cooperative opportunities document before the first milestone or decision point”; and(C) by striking subparagraph (B); and(2) in paragraph (2), by striking “An arms cooperation opportunities document” and inserting “A cooperative opportunities document”.122 STAT. 402
