SEC. 1261. ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF UPDATE ON REPORT ON CLAIMS RELATING TO THE BOMBING OF THE LABELLE DISCOTHEQUE. Section 1225 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3465) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(2)—(A) in the heading, by striking “Update” and inserting “Updates”; and(B) by inserting “and not later than two years after enactment of this Act,” after “Not later than one year after enactment of this Act,”; and(2) in subsection (c), by striking “Committee on International Relations” and inserting “Committee on Foreign Affairs”.
