SEC. 1412. REVISIONS TO REQUIRED RECEIPT OBJECTIVES FOR PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED DISPOSALS FROM THE NATIONAL DEFENSE STOCKPILE.(a) Fiscal Year 2000 Disposal Authority.—Section 3402(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (50 U.S.C. 98d note), as amended by section 3302 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108–136; 117 Stat. 1788) and section 3302 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3545), is amended by striking “$600,000,000 before” in paragraph (5) and inserting “$710,000,000 by”.(b) Fiscal Year 1999 Disposal Authority.—Section 3303(a) of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 (Public Law 105–261; 50 U.S.C. 98d note), as amended by section 3302 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Year 2005 (Public Law 108–375; 118 Stat. 2193), section 3302 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3545), and section 3302(a) of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109–364; 120 Stat. 2513), is amended by striking “$1,016,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 2014” in paragraph (7) and inserting “$1,066,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 2015”.
