Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2008 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation as follows:(1) For the Army, $183,299,000.(2) For the Navy, $695,996,000.(3) For the Air Force, $1,457,710,000.(4) For Defense-wide activities, $1,320,088,000.
