SEC. 1065. MAINTENANCE OF CAPABILITY FOR SPACE-BASED NUCLEAR DETECTION. The Secretary of Defense shall maintain the capability for space-based nuclear detection at a level that meets or exceeds the level of capability as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
