SEC. 2807. EXPANSION OF AUTHORITY TO EXCHANGE RESERVE COMPONENT FACILITIES. Section 18240(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “with a State” in the first sentence and inserting “with an Executive agency (as defined in section 105 of title 5), the United States Postal Service, or a State”.
