SEC. 2874. INCREASED AUTHORITY FOR REPAIR, RESTORATION, AND PRESERVATION OF LAFAYETTE ESCADRILLE MEMORIAL, MARNES-LA-COQUETTE, FRANCE. Section 1065 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (Public Law 107–107; 115 Stat. 1233) is amended—(1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking “$2,000,000” and inserting “$2,500,000”; and(2) in subsection (e), by striking “under section 301(a)(4)”.
