SEC. 2707. RELOCATION OF UNITS FROM ROBERTS UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE CENTER AND NAVY-MARINE CORPS RESERVE CENTER, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. The Secretary of the Army may use funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 2703 for the purpose of siting an Army Reserve Center and Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center on land under the control of the State of Louisiana adjacent to, or in the vicinity of, the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at a location determined by the Secretary to be in the best interest of national security and in the public interest.
