SEC. 3113. MODIFICATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENT. Section 3111 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3539) is amended—(1) by redesignating subsections (c) and (d) as (d) and (e), respectively;(2) by inserting after subsection (b) the following:“(c) Form.—The report required by subsection (b) shall be submitted in classified form, and shall include a detailed unclassified summary.”; and(3) in subsection (e), as so redesignated, by striking “(c)” and inserting “(d)”.
