SEC. 3516. SEA TRIALS FOR READY RESERVE FORCE. Section 11(c)(1)(B) of the Merchant Ship Sales Act of 1946 (50 U.S.C. App. 1744(c)(1)(B)) is amended to read as follows:“(B) activate and conduct sea trials on each vessel at least once every 30 months;”.
