SEC. 3521. PERSONAL INJURY TO OR DEATH OF SEAMEN.(a) Amendment.—Section 30104 of title 46, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “(a) Cause of Action.—”; and(2) by repealing subsection (b).(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall be effective as if included in the enactment of Public Law 109–304.
