SEC. 2107. ADDITIONAL DUTY OF PARTICIPANTS UNDER CONSERVATION RESERVE CONTRACTS. Section 1232(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3832(a)) is amended—(1) by redesignating paragraphs (5) through (10) as paragraphs (6) through (11), respectively; and(2) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following new paragraph:“(5) to undertake management on the land as needed throughout the term of the contract to implement the conservation plan;”.122 STAT. 1033
