SEC. 4118. CODIFICATION OF ACCESS RULES. Section 11(e)(1) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2020(e)(1)) is amended—(1) by striking “shall (A) at” and inserting “shall—“(A) at”; and122 STAT. 1112(2) by striking “and (B) use” and inserting “and“(B) comply with regulations of the Secretary requiring the use of”.
