SEC. 1610. GOVERNMENT PUBLICATION OF COTTON PRICE FORECASTS. Section 15 of the Agricultural Marketing Act (12 U.S.C. 1141j) is amended—(1) by striking subsection (d); and(2) by redesignating subsections (e) through (g) as subsections (d) through (f), respectively.
