SEC. 1623. REPEALS.(a) Commission on Application of Payment Limitations.—Section 1605 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 7993) is repealed.(b) Renewed Availability of Market Loss Assistance and Certain Emergency Assistance to Persons That Failed To Receive Assistance Under Earlier Authorities.—Section 1617 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8000) is repealed.
