SEC. 7111. POLICY RESEARCH CENTERS. Section 1419A of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3155) is amended—(1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting “(including commodities, livestock, dairy, and specialty crops)” after “agricultural sectors”;(2) in subsection (b), by inserting “(including the Food Agricultural Policy Research Institute, the Agricultural and Food Policy Center, the Rural Policy Research Institute, and the National Drought Mitigation Center)” after “research institutions and organizations”; and(3) in subsection (d), by striking “2007” and inserting “2012”.
